Beachside AI is run by Peter Burge (ABN 30 832 929 008), Bilgola NSW. These terms cover the Beachside AI setup service. Questions? Call or text Pete on 0403 777 330.
1. What you get
For $495 + GST ($544.50 inc GST) you get:
- a 30 to 45 minute chat about your week
- a short written plan two days later
- about 45 minutes setting up your top 2 jobs with AI on your own computer or phone
- a PDF wrap-up
- a call from me a week later
More jobs aren't included. Ask me if you'd like help with others.
2. Paying
$100 inc GST at the end of our chat, and $444.50 inc GST on the day of the setup. Pay by card or phone on the day, or online from the invoice.
3. If you change your mind
After our chat, you can decide not to go ahead with the setup, and you won't owe the $444.50 balance. The $100 covers the chat and your plan, which you keep, so it isn't refunded.
4. Moving the setup
Give me 24 hours notice and we'll find another time. With less notice, I'll move it once. After a second late change, or if you're not there when I arrive, the booking lapses and we book a new time.
5. If I can't set something up
If a job doesn't work as planned, I'll come back or try another way at no extra cost. If it still can't be done, we'll swap in another job from your plan. If neither works, I'll refund that job's share of the balance ($222.25 inc GST per job).
6. AI tools and your accounts
We start with free tools, or ones you already pay for. If a paid tool would help, I'll tell you the monthly cost first and you decide. Any tool is set up in your name and paid by you, because my price doesn't include subscriptions. Each tool has its own terms. You keep your own logins, and I don't keep your passwords.
7. Check what AI writes
AI tools make mistakes. Read quotes, invoices, emails and anything else they write before you send them. You're responsible for what goes out from your business.
8. Time savings
I set things up to save you time, but how much depends on your business and how you use the tools. Any figure I mention, like "8 hours a week", comes from another business. Yours will be different.
9. Your information
I record our chat only with your OK, and I put the transcript through Claude, an AI tool, to help write your plan. Don't share passwords, bank details or card numbers. I keep the recording and transcript for six months, then delete them. I don't sell or share your information.
10. Your rights
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service isn't done with due care and skill, you're entitled to a remedy.
11. Limits
As far as the law allows, my total responsibility to you is limited to what you've paid me. I'm not responsible for problems caused by other companies' tools, or by anything sent from your accounts without being checked.

These terms follow the law of New South Wales.
